 We organised an Africa beats night in Leeds this monday called ‘Wezewazay’. We organised it with the Afro-carribean society. We had some crazy drummers and then a set from a quality DJ. On World AIDS Day: the group organised a massive ‘wear red’ run to raise awareness about the campaign to all students. Also on 1st December, 2 members of the group joined with the local Oxfam group to meet Hilary Benn. They had 20 minutes to talk to him specifically about the access to medicines [...]
