BMJ reports increasing concerns over access to HIV treatment

An article in the BMJ this week is warning of increasing difficulties with access to antiretroviral therapy (ART) for HIV/AIDS.
Although 4 million people in lower income countries have been enrolled in treatment programmes, 6 million more are in need. In addition, WHO guidelines have recently changed to recommend commencing ART earlier in the disease course. [...]
