On World AIDS Day: The Stop AIDS Society organised a ‘Wear Red’ day that they had been publicising throughout the week. They released 300 red balloons, and were attempting to get some local media coverage of this.

The Stop AIDS Society produced a 5 minute clip explaining the campaign, and giving people ideas on how they can get involved. Throughout the week leading up to World AIDS Day they got permission to show this clip at the start of lectures, and after showing it they passed round template letters and action cards which they got over 1000 students to sign. They collected these in and will be sending them all off shortly.
