On World AIDS Day: The Sussex Stop AIDS Society held a stall promoting the campaign and raised over £300 through donations and from selling cakes, condoms and ribbons. 150 action cards were signed during the day. In the evening the group joined up with Amnesty’s Save Omar Campaign festival.

On World AIDS Day: Barts’ Stop AIDS Societies held a cake bake sale from which they raised £200. Throughout the day there was a stall raising the profile of the campaign, giving out condoms and recruiting new members. A sold out salsa night was held in the evening.
